Knife Cuts You Need to Know with Zwilling – Sunday, October 13 at 11am
Master knife cuts, including slicing, dicing, mincing and julienne. Plus, we’ll use our Zwilling Pro cutlery to prepare mirepoix for our Focaccia Stuffing.


The Perfect Paring with Global – Sunday, October 20 at 11am
Learn how to use a versatile paring knife to peel, trim and dice small produce. We’ll use our expertly prepared apples to make Ina Garten’s Apple Pie Bars.


Turkey Carving & Knife Sharpening Workshop with Wüsthof – Sunday, October 27 at 11am
